This guy here , made minecraft almost from scratch using unity3D only. If its made that way and unity is easily portable to all consoles, wouldnt it be a good option for an ouya minecraft?

You should take a look around on the forums:

OUYACubed (http://ouyaforum.com/showthread.php?10177-OUYA-Cubed-Eric-Blackburn)
Craftfield (http://ouyaforum.com/showthread.php?10210-Craftfield)
WorldCraft (http://ouyaforum.com/showthread.php?10165-WorldCraft)

We have 3 that are being worked on at this time :) one is one discover, and one has been submitted. Also, even though the developer made it seem easy, it is never that easy. There are many things to take into account, like the hardware you are developing on for example.

I kno 'bout those 3, thing is, that one i saw i the video is way too accurate like almost reminecrafting minecraft, even the dude made it the a god-ish fashion of 7 days, seemed to awesome to my eyes, as far as i know, i think worldcraft is the only one being made on unity rite?

I'm the person working on OUYA Cubed and wow cool video. Few comments that might help.
The reason it looks exactly like minecraft is because that's the goal, I could probably look more like MC but don't really want to.
Second off that guy seems reallllyyy good at what he does. But I love how he had some of the same errors I had, great fun watching him haha.

Using Unity3D only? That sounds odd....like something else was supposed to be used.
It's Unity these days, drop the 3D.
Unity makes it easy to do things quickly but the guy probably sat there and did programming marathon days like 15 hours or something.
